Orders from outside US and Canada may take several days to arrive.
Return Policy: Buyer must ship back item(s) within 14 days of receiving. Refunds not granted for items damaged or lost due to mishandling by buyer or mail carrier. Refunds will only be granted if item is returned in New condition* (i.e., same condition as originally shipped out -- shrink wrap or labels/tags still intact, etc.).

Amount refunded - if applicable - will be in the original amount buyer paid for the item plus the original amount buyer paid for shipping at time of purchase.

No refunds of any kind will be granted for merchandise more than 30 days after purchase.

No refunds will be granted for downloads.

*Exceptions may be made for defective items (i.e. a CD that skips).
